The Pacific Signal report is a qualitative research programme designed to explore the attitudes, experiences, and emerging issues shaping everyday life across Pacific Island communities. It provides timely, in-depth insight into what people are thinking about, talking about, and prioritising in their own words.

Developed by Tebbutt Research, Pacific Signal uses facilitated discussions and grassroots engagement to surface topics organically, allowing participants to raise the issues that matter right now.

This responsive and adaptable approach enables the identification of emerging themes, shifting sentiment, and unprompted priorities that may not be visible through structured research. It can provide early signals, community-driven perspectives, and an understanding of issues that are still evolving.
